TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dayton North

I love this hotel!!! The staff there are very nice and mane you want to return over and over. Lissa was the night auditor who first checked me in my first night and she was wonderful. I also want to point out how wonderful Nika (might have spelled that wrong) is at the front desk. She works the AM shift there and was very helpful throughout both of my stays. I didn't get the names of the breakfast attendants or the one who checked me in my second stay but breakfast was great, all areas were clean and tidy. I'm between homes and staying some here and there. Towneplace Dayton North will definitely be somewhere I would return. LOVE IT!

I spent my first Thanksgiving alone here. It made me want to slice open my wrists in the bathtub. Unfortunately they dont give out razors. If I make it through this, im booking a smoking room for my xmas alone. The staff at the front are wonderful. Sorry they had to be here today.

I want to give a huge shoutout of appreciation for TownPlace Suites by Marriott Dayton North. First of all Miss Lisa at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating to getting us checked in so last minute. We had been to several other hotels tonight in which we had “reservation confirmations” through our Marriott Bonvoy Membership in which we were told we didn’t have a room. It was midnight when we were able to find a two bedroom at TownPlace, thankfully! Miss Lisa was able to help us get checked in and get an extremely nice and well kept place to stay for the weekend hassle free! She was so kind and helpful, even made us glasses of water to take to our room! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would work with Miss Lisa again!

Just recently checked out of this hotel, and the staff was absolutely amazing! I’ve been to many hotels, but this has been the best experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, had a great personality, and was always attentive. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area visiting family. The 2-bedroom suite I was in was also great. It had a TV in both the room and the living room, a dishwasher, and a stove. The breakfast was amazing and even included dishes and cookware.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here during a very unexpected situation. Our furnace went out at home and we had to stay for over a week with my three kids and our two puppies. What could have been a stressful time turned into a comfortable, home-like experience because of this hotel and its incredible staff. Konicka, Geri, Candy, and all of the housekeeping and food service staff were beyond amazing. Anytime we needed something, whether it was a sheet pan or even help when our microwave went out, they handled it quickly and without hesitation. They were kind, accommodating, and truly cared about making sure we were comfortable. We were originally booked for a king suite through our management company, but Geri went above and beyond at check-in and upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite with a living room on the first floor. That made all the difference for me and my kids. It felt like we were at home even though we weren’t. There were TVs in every room, a full-size refrigerator that allowed us to cook meals every night, and plenty of space for all of us, including our pets, to be comfortable. We didn’t miss a beat during our stay. The only small downside is that the hotel does not have a pool, but honestly, the level of service and care we received completely overshadowed that. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone needing an extended stay. The service, the comfort, and the care from the staff made a difficult week so much easier for our family. I recently stayed at the TownePlace in North Dayton and had a great experience. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. My hotel suite was very nice and decorated with modern furniture that made it feel clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. One day they offered sausage and omelets and another day they had eggs and bacon. They also had a waffle maker which was a nice touch. I really appreciated the hot cocoa station as well as the coffee station that was available all day. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Old reviews are not reliable. Since remodeling, facility is really in great shape. The staff are friendly, fabulous and helpful.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dayton North is an absolutely fantastic Marriott, which is located in Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, OH. My boyfriend & I recently stayed in this hotel while visiting Dayton, and it was the perfect place for a quiet night in town. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, as it's brand new as of the time I'm writing this review - it's so pretty both inside + out! The common areas, and our room, were very clean, well-kept, & beautifully decorated. Our room specifically was so lovely, as it was quite spacious! There was a small kitchenette, lounging area, in addition to the king-sized bed + desk/TV. The bathroom was notably very well-designed, and quite large (particularly the shower)! The views outside of our window offered scenes of beautiful Ohio autumn foliage. Further, the staff at this Marriott were so kind & helpful throughout our stay. Everyone from the team at the front desk, to the kitchen staff, were so lovely! Lastly, their complimentary breakfast is fantastic, and a huge selling point to staying here! The dining area is large, and their breakfast spread was fantastic when we visited. Thanks for having us, TownePlace Suites! :-)
